Cold-water immersion may not be appropriate for everyone.

Before beginning cold-water immersion or another recovery practice, consider consulting a qualified healthcare professional, particularly if you have a medical condition, cardiovascular concerns, are pregnant, take medication or have been advised to avoid significant temperature exposure.

Always follow the installation, operating, maintenance and safety instructions supplied with your product.

Children should not use Thermo Plunge equipment without appropriate adult supervision.

Where professional electrical, plumbing or other installation is required, customers are responsible for ensuring installation complies with applicable local codes and manufacturer instructions.

4. Orders

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your cart.

An order is not considered accepted until we have processed the order and issued confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

Please inspect your shipment promptly upon arrival.

If an item appears damaged during transportation, photograph the packaging and product and contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
